Exceptionally comfortable bed, large bathroom and flat screen cable TV, air conditioning, and a storage space in the room. Easy check in and late check out.

The room itself was fairly quiet and perfect and had an excellent view of the lake. We thoroughly enjoyed daily housekeeping service available. It was in a marvellous location close to the centre of town.

The location of the hotel was ideal - within a close distance from Fear Factory Queenstown. The staff were helpful and know their duties.

I was there for the trip and had a fantastic stay, so I would come here again. Everything was excellent, so were perfect views over lake. I got a spotless and compact room with climate control and a lounge area. The location was great, the staff were accommodating. I loved Fergbaker, nestled 5 minutes away on foot.

The location was fantastic. I stayed in a spacious two bedroom courtyard room at Glebe. The lift was convenient for getting our suitcases up to the floor. The staff, including the cleaning and maintenance team, were excellent and always helpful. The highlight for us were the two four-legged staff members who made us feel at home - we love dogs! We loved using the barbecue and the kitchen was well-equipped. The fire in the living area and heated floors in the bathrooms were a nice touch, especially during the chilly weather. The views from all the windows were breathtaking and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms had good toiletries and the staff were quick to assist when we had trouble with the dishwasher.

The apartment I had was a two bedroom. It was setup fantasically so that you could cook for yourself or order in take out. It was a ground floor apartment on the 5th level so had access to the courtyard which we didn't use as there was plenty of space inside but if it was summer I definately would of utilised it. Even in the winter there is the option of using the outdoor heaters. But we didn't feel closed in at all.The beds were divine and really warm. Perfect for a getaway to have some chill out time but also so close to the action in the heart of Queens town. I will defiantely be staying there again.

We love the size of the Two Bedroom suites, the bed AHHH bliss, Just such a beautiful hotel.

Because of a problem with the guest room I was upgraded and had quiet and absolutely perfect room with a good view.

Great staff, beautiful apartments, excellent location, comfortable beds, and lovely decor. We extended our stay without any problems and would definitely come back.

The location was excellent and the staff were very friendly. There was a cupboard full of toys for the kids to use and dvd's to borrow which was excellent. We found the apartment spacious and relaxing for a family with small children and being only 3 mins away from the centre of town was great. We would stay here again.

It was a shame there wasn't a bath in the apartment to use for bathing the kids as it would've been helpful in the evenings. Other than that it was all great! Thank you.

Comfy facility and relaxing courtyard with the mountain view. Close to the city..walking distance...no parking problem.

One room is islolated in the centre of the room. No window only fan... It is not feeling comfortable and safe sleeping in a no window room at night especially when the gas heater is on.

Spacious apartment, complete facilities, well-equipped kitchen, helpful staff, free car park, great location.

It was all superb.

The apartment was so close to town .. easy walk for breakfast, shopping, or to adventure ... We will be returning ... and recommending The Glebe Apartments to everyone.

Great value for money with spacious and well-equipped apartments, plus free parking on site. The location was ideal, just a short walk away from the city center and all the activities. The staff, especially Helen at reception, were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast option could be improved by offering more variety.
